1. Description of Services

2. Service Delivery
Projects begin within three (3) business days of cleared payment and receipt of your completed onboarding questionnaire. All deliverables are provided electronically—typically via email, shared Google Drive, or our client portal. No physical goods are shipped. Target timelines and deliverables are detailed in your Statement of Work (SOW). If the scope changes, we will send you a revised timeline for approval before proceeding.
3. Revisions
Each deliverable includes two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions provided you submit your requests within ten (10) business days of receiving the deliverable. Additional revisions or changes in project scope will be quoted separately at the rate set forth in the SOW and will begin after we have your written approval.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand plans can change and strive to be fair and transparent:
Cancellation within 48 hours of initial payment and before the kick‑off call: You may cancel for a full refund of your project fee, less any payment‑processing fees.
Cancellation after the kick‑off call but before the first deliverable: You are entitled to a 75 % refund of the total project fee. We retain 25 % to cover discovery, strategy, and planning work already completed.
Cancellation after the first deliverable is submitted: We will calculate the hours already worked at the rate specified in your SOW and refund any unused portion of your project budget.
Monthly retainers and ongoing services: Charges for services already performed are non‑refundable. You may cancel future service at any time with ; work continues through the notice period and your final invoice is prorated to the cancellation date. Third‑party costs—such as ad spend, software licences, or government fees purchased on your behalf—are non‑refundable once incurred.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel Services
Send an email to support@[yourdomain].com that includes your full name, company name, invoice or order number, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your enquiry within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
